Teaching is an awe-inspiring multifaceted profession! It is a privilege to help students meet their educational goals thereby making a difference in their lives and futures. It is also a humbling responsibility helping students develop values that will enable them become successful and productive members of society.
Teaching provides the opportunity for continual growth. I have gained the knowledge and skills to manage classrooms effectively, maintain a safe and respectful environment that enhances students learning, and prepare engaging lessons and projects. There is always the opportunity to build positive relationships, communicate effectively and use information I have gathered about my students to help plan differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
